CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — TXU Energy and Corpus Christi Mission 911 are teaming up this holiday season to support families in need.
As part of TXU Energy’s expanded 2025 Winter Warmth program, the company is funding a Christmas Carnival designed to bring joy to hundreds of local families.
The event will feature free toys, Christmas trees, and a chance for children to visit with Santa for 200 families.
The Christmas Carnival is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will welcome the community on a first-come, first-served basis at Mission 911 located at 538 Old Robstown Road in Corpus Christi.
This year, TXU Energy is committing $350,000 to support food banks and nonprofit partners across Texas—from the Panhandle to the Gulf Coast.
The donation aims to help families keep their homes warm, stocked, and bright throughout the holiday season, while extending meaningful support to communities that need it most.
