On the 7th anniversary of the formation of the Kosovo Army, Ramush Haradinaj recalled one of the most important state-forming decisions of the post-war period, emphasizing that the creation of the Army was a historic act taken by the Haradinaj Government with the blessing of the United States of America.
“We came in peace, in line with the armies of peace. Seven years of courage, seven years of pride, seven years of the Kosovo Army by our side,” Haradinaj wrote.
He underlined that the Kosovo Army was born from the great sacrifice of the liberation war, from the shed blood of the martyrs and from the legacy of those who never returned, but who left Kosovo its freedom and the responsibility to defend it.
“Today we have an army. Today we have a safer state. Today we have a stronger Kosovo,” concluded Haradinaj, describing the formation of the Army as a step that sealed the sovereignty and security of the Republic of Kosovo. /Telegraph/
