My heart literally sinks when I am informed that any online delivery I have placed will be handled by Evri. Amazon should stick a warning on products that are supposed to be handled by Evri so I can not fucking bother ordering it. They have never once managed to get a package from A to B without some sort of problem and 100% guaranteed to be late if it’s delivered at all. I do not understand how this company is still in business. Fuck Evri.

My local Evri driver is wonderful, he knows where to leave packages safely, he’s always super friendly, but he’s rushed off his feet.
There have been two occasions where he’s not delivered when promised, and each time he’s explained that the parcels were large, so the depot put them on his run even though they wouldn’t fit on his car, and he was instructed to “not at home to take delivery” my parcel so he could redeliver the next day.
Obviously not his fault, but it’s frustrating as fuck. Never had any other delivery companies do that..

From the Yorkshire area and people are echoing the same problems. I had a package that was meant to be delievered by them on the 10th. Updated to delayed and nothing since. No response to any enquiry phone or email.
How they’ve found and even lower floor than they already had… Is frankly fucking impressive. It’s crazy how they seemingly are just getting away with either dumping, losing or stealing packages and nothing is really being done about it. Companies continue to use them likely because they’re the cheapest as well.

Only 80? I bet Evri coksider that a good day.
I wish sites would state which courier they use, because if I knew I was buying something that was being delivered by the lm I’d look elsewhere

I’m so happy that my local evri delivery driver is alright. It’s been the same guy for the last 5 years or so.

Hermes changed their name because of the all the 1 star reviews they had, but somehow decided to become even worse.

I had a parcel which said it was delivered on the 14th November, knew it wasnt because I was in all day.
It did get delivered on Friday nearly a full month afterwards.

I’m not sure what are the conditions given to Evri drivers but mist probably are pretty bad because otherwise I cannot justify how can a company perform SO bad. They don’t even knock the door, they just through the thing anywhere and take a blurry photo of the thing and consider it done.

It’s such luck of the draw. I’ve never had issues since living in a house for 6 years.
When I worked customer service, it was seemingly everyone who had an issue.

We’ve just had Evri delivery 2 parcels a MONTH late. Fortunately the company had already refunded the order!

I’m possibly gonna buck the trend here, but I live in Lincolnshire and our Evri guy is great. Same guy, every time, and he’s a local guy from the town. Assume he just does our small area, as I see him driving around loads.
In over 3 years here, he’s never lost a thing. Always friendly, and he knows all the houses and knows where to hide stuff if it’s not a signed for parcel.
Still prefer DPD for proper tracked stuff, as they are laser perfect every time with when it’s coming.
Personally, royal mail are my worst experience. Local guys are brilliant with day to day post, always friendly, but if an Amazon parcel or whatever gets shipped via royal mail, and it’s not the usual guys, then I never get it. Letter through the door, despite me working from home, so yes I was bloody in.
