I don’t remember this winter getting very cold at all to be honest.
I remember it raining a lot but the actual temps were super mild.

I’m pretty sure I saw one in the garden yesterday.. that or a European version. Got those in the house once and they sound like mopeds. I wanted to burn the house down.

Instead of spending money DNA testing the fucks, how about funding some form of warfare to obliterate them?

It rained continuously all winter…we had very little ice or snow safe for a couple of days in late November/early December.

Presumably a very harsh winter would eradicate them for now?

This is what happens when we try to stop the boats; they come by air instead.

I’ve seen a few this weekend here in Cornwall. A handful at Lappa Valley and again at Heligan. Bloody massive they were, you definitely wouldn’t mistake them for wasps or whatever. Like the size of my thumb.

i’m not kidding when i say 10 minutes before i saw this article, i had a giant hornet come into my room, and i mean giant, i wouldn’t be surprised if it were a queen because i never saw one so big in my life before, and i live in an area where sadly hornets are very common.
i couldn’t tell if it were a euro or asian one. i think euro ones are more red-toned but this one wasn’t red at all, but the asian ones are also smaller and this one was really fucking big
