Air France has announced a new lounge at London-Heathrow Airport (LHR), set to open in spring 2026. Located in Terminal 4, the space will be exclusively available to La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus passengers, along with eligible customers traveling with KLM and SkyTeam partner airlines.
The new space will bring French design, comfort, and cuisine to Heathrow travelers

Air France has partnered with agency SGK Brandimage to design the lounge, which will encompass approximately 8,000 square feet and feature seating for around 150. It’ll be an elevated hospitality experience, including a bar with a selection of French champagnes and wines, and a dining space with fine French cuisine. Not only that, but spaces dedicated to spa, relaxation, and work will also give customers the choice to unwind or stay focused. Either way, passengers have a peaceful getaway in the terminal, before or after a flight.Â
London-Heathrow is a strategic location on Air France’s medium-haul network, where the airline will fly as many as seven daily trips this winter between London-Heathrow and Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG). From there, travelers can venture onward throughout the airline’s global network. The carrier will also begin serving London-Gatwick Airport (LGW) from March 29, 2026, with two daily trips to Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
The new lounge at LHR is part of Air France’s strategy to entice affluent leisure and business travelers, as noted by The Points Guy. In 2025, the airline has already opened a new 5,000 sq-ft lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), debuted a refreshed lounge at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), and renovated and grown its flagship lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG).
