Hearing that malta and Italy are opposed to getting this money to Ukraine is a mistake.
There is a strong Russian presence in Libya. What’s stopping Russian forces from one day taking Malta and its coveted warm water ports ? Why do the Maltese think we’re so safe from ever being attacked? Who do the Maltese will think will come to Maltas aid in such a situation? The US? The EU? Stopping Putin in Ukraine is the easiest option for everyone. Why is Malta opposing this loan???

Maltese are idiots and we think that the fact we shout that we’re neutral means that we won’t ever be affected by any war of any kind.
That said given our population if a large war breaks out we’ll probably starve to death anyway as we’ll most likely be forgotten and nobody is going to bother risking vessels with food to bring here.
Its quite clear that some of our politicians are under the influence of Russia and China. Our dear Prime Minister was renting out his villa to some rich Russians so that they can obtain the European passport. A sizeable chunk of our assets were sold to China.

lol, Malta is probably like top 3 countries in Europe who benefits the most from shady Russian money. Fat chance it will make any move to do anything against Russia unless the EU makes them do it.
