Upway – Refurbished E-Bike seller. Serious or Not?

Recently I’ve been looking into E-Trekking Bikes and have come across the refurbished seller Upway. I found a very attractive bike for half its price and brand new condition (as it likely was a showroom bike prior). Despite my research and customer support all indicating that this really is a serious seller and that I will get that bike, there is still something nagging at the back of my head.

Therefore, I would like to ask people here about their experiences with buying E-Bikes from Upway. Did you get your bike without any problems, were warranty and return cases handled without issues? Thanks a lot to everyone who shares their experience!
