This is a few years out of date. Germany adopted the 416A8. The UK has been using the L85A3 since 2018. Sweden switched to the SAKO ARG in 2023, and Finland followed the year later since they joined NATO and needed a 5.56 carbine. I’m sure other stuff is wrong but that’s what I know off the top of my head. Edit: Hungary is also adopting the CZ Bren
Just like everything in the nature evolves into crab, more and more countries adopt their versions and flavours of Multicam and AR-15 pattern rifles.

Outdated. Belgium uses the FNC only for training puposes now. It has been replaced with the SCAR.

Is the G3A3 STILL Greece’s main military rifle? I mean I love that gun and I think it still has it’s place on the modern battlefield but damn, get with the times.

France is currently changing camo for multicam like one. It took a bit of delay but some units officially field it. So the map is practically right as the CCE is still the most used but officially it should be the BME.
This is just olive oil vs butter Europe all over again

It‘s irritating how you sometimes use the civilian name and sometimes the country specific military name. Like Ireland‘s AUG A1 and Austria‘s Stg 77 is one and the same gun.

I used to wear camouflage pants purely for aesthetics, France and Germany are nice and iconic but i really liked the pixelated look of us iran.
PS why would Spain choose those colors? it looks nothing like their soils (same for other countries)

They are passing out the Irish DPM, and it sucks we are. Going to a more common modern multicam for economic reasons. I know it is only a benefit for the change but still sad.

Dutch camo is the old, even on the photo you can tell that “Diemaco” is essentially desert camo. The Dutch are currently in the process of moving towards a new assault rifle – several contenders but most likely the HK416 which is already in use with thousands of Dutch SpecFor and other elite units.

Outdated, Hungary doesn’t use AKs anymore. We use CZ Bren guns.

At this point dominant gun in Poland is MSBS Grot. Beryl isn’t produced since like… 2018, and since then is basically slowly but steadily getting replaced.

Any overlap with ammo size/Caliber?
