Mayor of Tbilisi – a slightly above average defender for one of the most stacked teams in the world in the 2000s. 5 out of 10 seasons he had in Milan, he played less than half the games in the league. Most of the times, he was benched by either Maldini or Jankulovski.
President of Georgia – a shitty striker whose greatest achievement is playing for the pre-UAE Manchester City(in second and third tiers of English football) where he scored 3(!) goals in 28 matches.
And finally, a member of the parliament from GD. In football terms, about on the same level as our mayor, though he achieved much less. Just like the other two, extremely shitty person.

What about Erdoğan? Was he not international?

The important part is that he knows how to play on a team controlled by billionaires.
