Congratulations to Ariane and ESA on a successful launch!
Who fucking cares it’s not reusable because ESA claimed reusability was impossible and now they are doomed to spend 3-5x as much as they should be on launches for a generation.
This success is actually a failure as if this rocket didn’t work, they’d have to go back to the drawing board and would end up with a reusable system like SpaceX, blue origin and China are working on.
Such a typical European attitude. Celebrate mediocrity.
