Not fascism its basd on the Komosol during the same salute. It’s common practice in groups like the komosol to do this salute while in uniform. I can show you a video from the Ussr of them doing the same thing if you want.
Edit: Accusing me of being a “Putin bot” and then blocking me is certainly one way to avoid engaging with the argument. For clarity, I don’t support Lukashenko or Putin. Belarus has no shortage of genuine authoritarian practices, so it’s a bit unfortunate to see the case reduced to shallow propaganda about a Komsomol-style ceremony.
