i recently moved to Malta but i’m all out of stock of the brand my body is used to. i have PCOS and i’m starting to break out ever since i started taking a different brand.
anyone know any good alternatives or 40:1 inositol in powder form? where to buy if ever? i’ve looked in a shop but they only have the capsule forms
