Melek Minca, the widow of Dani Vicol, revealed on TikTok that Mario Iorgulescu no longer has a warrant and has not spent even a day in prison.
“So officially, Mario Iorgulescu is free and he no longer has any kind of warrant. After six years, he didn’t spend a single day in prison, he killed a man, he was drunk, he was drugged, he ran a red light. He had a speed of 160 per hour and now he is free. Three magistrates of the Romanian country decided that he did not deserve to spend even a day in prison. It came out that he had mental problems. Well, if he had mental problems, where did he have them driver’s license? What country can we live in? So we can’t do that? In what country? she said.
The woman also said that she is outraged that Mario Iorgulescu did not serve a single day in prison. “Everybody goes to jail when they make a mistake. This one didn’t even do a day. He didn’t even do an hour in jail. For all the mistakes he made. If someone steals a chicken now, he does at least six months in jail. This killed a man and he didn’t do a day in jail,” she added."

Justitia functioneaza! Ia hai gata, am vorbit prea mult despre justitie.
În viață e bine să ți faci dreptate și singur. Știți voi la ce mă refer.
JUSTITIA FUNCTIONEAZA
Sa nu cumva sa intram in coruptii si pilele statului, ai auzit u/Mintfriction ca doar e pacat sa avem un stat functional, in care justitia si serviciile oferite de stat sa fie decente si functionale, in care sa nu avem corupti si pile in toate functiile din stat.
La prima cautare google nu prea gasesc inca o stire care sa spuna tot asta.
Ce surpriză?! Neașteptată decizia cinstiților.
Și pe mine dacă mă prinde garda cu un cui cu 0.01 THC îmi dă 9 luni cu executare , sau în cel mai bun caz 3 ani cu suspendare , 90 zile de muncă în folosul comunității , amendă de 800-1000€ , interdicție de a părăsi țara .
Asta a omorât un om în timp ce era drogat , a condus peste limita de viteză , a fugit din țară , și acum a scăpat liber .
