Our laws are hopelessly biased to protect the wealthy and their fraudulent activities. How we’re supposed to grow as a country when we exist merely as a tax payer money trough for corrupt pigs to stick their snouts in, rip us off and literally flaunt their ill gotten gains as yachts and houses while the courts say ‘well, we’re not allowed to take that’
They should have everything they own taken from them and then they should spend a year in prison for every million pounds that seizing their swag doesn’t cover.
Odd.. Why didn’t the department of health join the other creditors and oppose the wound up?
Even if they are insolvent, I don’t see how it’s beneficial for a creditor to wave it through.

Of you owe goverment its 1 year per 1 million in jail for individual or board members and if you liquidate then government and those you owe can claim it back from board or other company ies they are also boards of (either at time or in future until debt is paid)

PPE Medpro filed for administration in September, a day before the order to pay. HM Revenue & Customs is separately owed £39m in tax.
Records filed by PPE Medpro’s administrators have revealed it only had around £600,000 available to pay unsecured creditors.
Lock these pigs up. If I committed fraud on this level I would be looking at 10 – 15 years.

We need to follow that PPE money like it was drug trafficking. Who was paid what and when by what intermediary, it has effectively been stolen from the British Tax payer and laundered.

Seize assets of the missing value? If you as a commoner cannot pay debts you have your assets reposessed, why is it any different for multi millionaires?
I suspect the money was exited from the company a long time ago. If we can’t hold these to account then we should go after the people awarding over inflated contracts to companies that could never fulfill them
In instances like this, there should be means to aggressively extract the funds from the personal fortunes of those who benefitted. Plus punitive measures.

If you get jailed for theft in this country it’s because you didn’t steal enough.
Straight to jail then until the funds are “found”. There must be a spare yacht floating around the med somewhere that can be pawned.

I’d recommend British Scandal podcast on Michelle Mone. It is true she is a criminal, it is also true that she was an easy target to take the heat off the other Covid criminals.
Compare her treatment to that of the Postmasters and you see how the laws of this stinking pool of corruption work.
The fact that they filtered millions of it into private trusts for their children and yet say, they are unable to pay is absolutely ludicrous! This country is well and truly F@“cked! 🤦♂️
