That is definitely a much needed positive signal, in these times where betrayal has become a commodity. Canada showing commitment and strength for the benefit of global security. Not a surprise that Canada would do that, because they’re awesome, but still a surprisingly important feeling of some much needed stability, for the benefit of us all.

Canadians troops belong in Canada. I would not put in harms way a single Canadian soldier’s life for a foreign country. They can deal with their own problems. Better station our troops up north defending our arctic territory.
