Prime Minister Milojko Spajić thanked Turkish Ambassador Bariş Kalkavan, who is completing his mandate in Montenegro, for his contribution to strengthening bilateral relations.

Spajić wished the diplomat “good luck in his future career.”

“As a result of comprehensive cooperation with the Turkish authorities, we have today made a decision to lift the temporary suspension of the visa-free regime, with conditions that are in line with our further harmonization with the EU visa policy. Through good interstate cooperation, we are giving impetus to overall tourism and economic activity, preserving the number of flights, and facilitating the treatment of our citizens in the Republic of Turkey,” Spajić wrote on Iks.
