As power is increasingly concentrated in the hands of a few, they will need to find ways to quell popular uprisings with a small number of boots on the ground. (Yes, this thought was partly inspired by the new season of Fallout).

War is a failed strategy for any reason or . motivation. That even includes weapons upgrades or profit margins. In the many years of my life I had hoped that man would out grow the practice of clobbering other men in a ring for a purse. Alas that primitive and savage practice persists. Stubbornly so.
