According to ANRE, the current price levels represent very low values for the fuel market, the last time both products had similar prices was January 14, 2022, before the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. For Christmas Day and the day immediately following, December 25 and 26, 2025, ANRE has set the following maximum retail prices for the main standard oil products:
– 21.97 lei/liter – for COR 95 gasoline (- 10 lei);
– 18.67 lei/liter – for standard diesel (- 06 lei).
