People using the ice cream scoop to shape the spuds into balls like at a carvery. I worked hotel kitchen for a year and my advice if you want to make it look good. Stick it in a big icing piping bag and it’ll look better. First plate or two might look a bit dog poo shaped but it’ll look better after you get the hang of it.
