Jahaj: The weather on the last weekend of the year is expected to be cold. In Korça, snowfall is expected to stop as the hours pass, while our country in general will be affected by cold and frosty weather conditions.
The weather will be clear but cold throughout the territory with few clouds in the mountainous areas. Minimum temperatures for the weekend are expected to reach -3 to -4 degrees Celsius in the mountainous areas, while in the western lowlands -1 to 0 degrees Celsius.
But starting from Monday and Tuesday until New Year’s Day, mainly December 31 and January 1, it is expected to be frosty, in the mountainous areas it will be -8 and -9 degrees, in the lowlands -4 and -5 degrees, while on the coast 0 to -1 degrees Celsius.
Midday temperatures over the weekend will be 13 and 14 degrees, while on New Year’s Day it is expected to not exceed 7 and 8 degrees along the western lowlands. The wind will blow from the north.
