Hello. My friend dug up an old postcard from the country. None of us speak Czech and are struggling with the handwriting. Please help

As a native speaker i cant decipher it either. From what i can read it says “Our ____ before illness in a theater _____ ____ “

  2. The writing is not easy to read. So my guess is “Naše Miluna před nemocí v divadelním klubu Konvalinka” which means – “Our Miluna before she’s got sick, in the theatre (drama) club Konvalinka”

    edit: typo

I think it says Naše Miluna před nemocí v divadelním kuse Konvalinka – Our Miluna [female name] before an illness in a theatre play called “Konvalinka” [Lily of the valley]

edit: forgot the “před nemocí” part

Naše Miluna před nemocí v divadelním kuse Konvalinka.

Our Miluna before she fell ill in a theatre play “Lily of the valley”.

  5. Hey, czech here. I look at the hand wrighting but i couldn’t for the love of god figure out what the last word was. But it reads something like this: “Naše Miluna před nemocí v divadelním kuse someting” that translates to “Our Miluna before her illness in theater play something”. It’s probably the name of the play.

  6. People here say “before illness” but it could also mean “in front of (something)”. So if there is some photo, what does it depict?
