Jakie byly ostatnie ustalenia? Zatrzymalem sie na doniesieniach, ze weszyli wokol przyjaciela Iwony Wieczorek, tego co tak pomagal w sledztwie

  2. Brzeska murder (burned alive in the forest) is one of the most fucked up ones.
She was a civil activist fighting for the families being kicked out from homes by the real estate developers. She was burned alive in the forest on the outskirts of Warsaw to scare away growing a movement against those practices.

  3. The case of Ula Olszewska has stuck with me for years now. She went alone to Tatra Mountains, apparently was planning to meet an unspecified friend. Her backpack and body were found down the waterfall, and the police suspected suicide but a lot of the details on the scene didn’t make sense.

  4. The “disappearance” of Warrant Officer Zielonka from 2009. The guy was a cryptographer and a cypher specialist of WP and SKW (Military Counterintelligence). Went on missing, probably found dead but the almost destroyed remains were pointing to murder and torture. Super sketchy shit.

  5. One case that really got my attention was the disappearance of Krzysiek Dymiński.
In 2023 the boy left home around 4am. He was last seen on the Gdańsk Bridge (Warsaw) before 6:00 AM.

Since then, he has not made any contact with family or friends and his phone remains inactive.

Edit: Sorry, its not so old.

  6. I have one, but it’s pretty old – the disappearance and murder of Marta Thomas-Zalenska, the wife of Edward Rydz-Śmigły, a Polish military commander and Marshal of Poland who served as Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces just before and during the early stages of World War II. I did some in-depth research on the case and tried to translate old newspapers, but to be honest, there isn’t much information to be found.

Why do you ask? Are you working on true-crime podcast or something?

  7. The fake bomber from 2005, who helped Lech Kaczyński win the presidential election. Someone planted hoax bombs around Warsaw and sent to newspapers a manifesto of the supposed “Power Gay and Strong Faggot Brigades”. It happened just before the election, so the mayor of Warsaw could break the election silence, appear in the media and condemn the “terrorists”

  8. Infamous and unsolved murder of two students in the Stołowe Mountains (Góry Stołowe) in Poland.
This is one of the most mysterious cold cases in Polish criminal history, often referred to as the “Narożnik” case (after the mountain peak near where the bodies were found). Both were shot in the head at close range. Robert was shot twice in the back of the head, and Anna was shot once between the eyes. Despite the involvement of Archiwum X (police cold case specialists) and the discovery of the weapon used (a Czech pistol) in a different investigation years later, no one has been charged. The case remains officially unsolved, though it is periodically revisited by investigators hoping for a breakthrough using modern forensic technology.

Disappearing of Jarosław Ziętara, journalist that was uncovering case of Elektromis – company owned by later owner of both Biedronka and żabka brands

  10. Mateusz Kawecki case. Maybe not that old, because it’s from 2018, but it’s very disturbing and still unsolved.

  11. Disappearance and murder of Madzia Czechowicz.

Disappearance and murder of Bohdan Piasecki.

Murder of Piotr and Alicja Jaroszewicz.

  12. For me it’s the murder of Jolanta Tchórz of 1991. She was murdered at the university campus in Lublin and the culprit was never found
