“It’s a fraud that is making the DP laugh”, Ylli Manjani reacts to the circulation of a US resolution on Albania

Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has reacted to what is claimed to be an “American resolution” for Albania, calling it a fraud and a “humorous program”.

Through a post, Manjani states that this is a fabricated text, distributed on WhatsApp, which is being used to “keep the DP in the dark”, but which, according to him, has no connection to reality.

According to Manjani, the distributed text claims that the US will intervene for 90 days in Albania, dealing with the ANA, tourist resorts, businessmen and middle-ranking officials. He ironizes the fact that, according to this version, the US administration would close resorts in Albania, while former President Donald Trump himself has spoken publicly about major tourist projects, while his family members invest in the region.

Manjani also emphasizes that, according to this “bastard text”, the US would take the builders to SPAK, which according to him is in total contradiction with reality. 

Manjani explains that since September, there has been a draft resolution of about 45 pages in the American Congress, but its content is completely opposite to what is circulating online.

According to Manjani, the real resolution talks about encouraging American investment and support in the Western Balkans, while Albania is mentioned only once, as a NATO member country.

In one paragraph there it is even suggested that the Western Balkans be assisted to be protected from disinformation. That is, to protect oneself from bastard texts like this one that is distributed on WhatsApp and portals to confuse the world, perhaps even to incite a violent reaction in the name of America….
