The Chairman of the Myanmar Institute for Strategic and International Studies (MISIS) and the Belarusian Central Election Commission delegation met and discussed future cooperation between the Parliament of Myanmar and the Parliament of Belarus.
On December 25, the MISIS Chairman and members met with the delegation led by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, Mr. Alexei Bashan, at the conference hall of the MISIS in Yangon.
During the meeting, they discussed election information and processes, future cooperation between the Parliament of Myanmar and the Parliament of Belarus, and bilateral cooperation.
The visit of the Belarusian delegation is a positive interaction and further strengthening of mutual understanding between MISIS and relevant organizations of Belarus.
The election observation delegation, led by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, visited the Shwedagon Pagoda and toured the religious buildings.
