  1. Let’s put all these comments (“Russia says…”, “Putin says…”, “Trump says…”) into the UNTRUSTWORTHY bin.

  2. Headline should read: “Russia Created Outrageous Lie to Justify Further Attacks on Ukraine”.

The Putin Russian regime does this shit ALL the time and it’s so insane to me that it even convinces people. It’s so incredibly transparent and pathetic.

“I can attack any places of residence but if you retaliate then we will be very angy.”

  4. Ukraine wouldn’t throw sand in Putins vagina if there was a glimmer of reasonable peace.

So either it is BS, which is very likely. The peace terms are not reasonable, also somewhat likely. Or it is someone else (themselves), also likely.

In any case, who cares? Russia has been trying to kill Zelensky from day one.

Also easily solvable by getting the fck out of Ukraine.

    1st of all, probably bullshit.

2nd of all, even if it’s true, entirely deserved.

When you invade another country without justification or provocation you don’t get to complain when they fire back.

  6. My Russian translation is bad.but I guess is
Russia says Putin tried to attack his own residence so it can be blamed on Ukraine

  7. MunchingOnCardboard on

Ukraine has already denied any involvement in this supposed “attack”. Russia simply doesn’t want peace, so they’re staging this to create a reason to back out. It’s very obvious and textbook Russian strategy.

  8. Putin lives near many copies of his conference room so no one except a select few actually knows where he is at any time. He might as well call all of Russia his “residence”.

Meanwhile, his army deliberately attack civilian residences.

  9. Damn, poots had to stage an attack on one of his many billion dollar homes that he wasnt in at the time to blame ukraine. Sounds like a difficult day for him. Maybe he could just get out Ukraine instead?

I was wondering what kind of shit Russia would pull to get out of the peace treaty…..now I know.

  11. Weird I seem to remember Russia sending hit squads to kill Zelensky. Also you can’t change your negotiating stance from “negotiating in bad faith” to “more bad faith.”

  12. Just more evidence that the “negotiations“ are fake, and that Russia doesn’t want peace. This needs to be solved differently.

  13. Wonderful-Smoke843 on

Sorry didn’t they literally send hit squads into Kyiv to assasinate Zelensky? lol

I’ll kill you if possible but you’re not allowed to kill me? Lmaoooo

School yard bully. Punches anyone he likes but has a hissy fit if someone punches back. Little round headed buffoon

  15. SpectrumStr3ngth on

”I will now throw a punch at you, but you can’t fight back” kinda mentality.

It’s not like Putler hasn’t sent assassins after Zelenskyy since this whole thing kicked off… Fucking clown.

  16. You know it’s a lie because they claim all 91 got intercepted. Not 85 or some other arbitrary number, they claim a 100% interception rate.

Classic Soviet propaganda number, they couldn’t even be arsed to update their runbooks.

  17. That’s just great coming from the state that tried to assassinate the Ukrainian president…

  18. Russia is at it again, using dangerous statements to undermine all achievements of our shared diplomatic efforts with President Trump’s team. We keep working together to bring peace closer.

This alleged “residence strike” story is a complete fabrication intended to justify additional attacks against Ukraine, including Kyiv, as well as Russia’s own refusal to take necessary steps to end the war. Typical Russian lies. Furthermore, the Russians have already targeted Kyiv in the past, including the Cabinet of Ministers building.

Ukraine does not take steps that can undermine diplomacy. To the contrary, Russia always takes such steps. This is one of many differences between us.

It is critical that the world doesn’t stay silent now. We cannot allow Russia to undermine the work on achieving a lasting peace.

Sounds like pussy move for russia.. scared of puplic opinion so needs to make this fairytale

  20. Russia tells another piece of bullshit. Thank you, Donald Trump, for making it possible to do so. You are responsible for lies, fake news (a lie) and alternative facts (another lie)!

  21. Of all the things that definitely didn’t happen, this didn’t happen the most. Just another Putin “negotiation” tactic. (Also, if anyone still recalls, Putin started his “special military operation” by sending an elite unit to Kyiv to assassinate Zelenskyy, so I guess that’s where this piece of prose came from).

  22. whenyoudieisaybye on

They just need an excuse to continue the war, and they made up the most imbecilic one possible.

  23. Every time Trump “strikes a deal” with Ukraine, Russia comes out to scuttle it. And it’s gotta be something like 90+% of the time it happens within a day.

At this point I have to assume it’s Putin’s way of telling the world he controls the United States through his asset, Donald Trump. And the only people incapable of understanding the message are MAGA Americans.

  24. They are trying to destroy Ukraine as an independent state.

Publicly they have, at times, tried to present some fig leaf about ”we just want this russian land (please ignore all the Ukrainians we have murdered, expelled, kidnapped, tortured and intimidated in these ”russian lands”).

So they need these… whatever this is, to appear less imperialistic.
