    "The contrary ruling of the Constitutional Court has frustrated the effort of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini and of the government itself to freeze tariffs until the new regulatory PEFs are defined".

    For the Council, the stop to the increases goes against the freedom of enterprise

    The ruling of the Council which effectively determined the legitimacy of the tariff increases determined on the trend of inflation dates back to last October and states how the "provisions which postponed the deadlines for the adjustment of motorway tolls for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, pending the updating of the financial economic plans, are constitutionally illegitimate because they conflict with articles 3, 41 and 97 of the Constitution".

      A salvini piace il comunismo? Che per anni blocca i prezzi e pretende di decidere lui gli aumenti? Mah… che privatizzino ASPI e poi mettano le autostrade gratis se ha voglia di fare il populista, basta che poi non crollino le strade per mancanza di fondi per la manutenzione…

      Chissà se esisterà mai fra i millemila bonus una detrazione per chi deve fare l’autostrada per lavoro che siano maledetti i pedaggi
