Our boiler currently showing CE and not working. It was happened two times and fixed it by just resetting it. but now It was not resetting and stuck on CE. The Small Round Meter needle is at 0.

on the outermost left or right circle in your second picture u can see a black handle.
You have to unscrew the cap connect a hose lift the handle and pressurerise the boiler until the needle is at around 1.5 – 1.8 bar.
It is probably best to call a professional and have them take a look. Even without pressure, it normally should not fall to zero, so there could be a more serious issue. My guess would be the valve on the left, but trying to fix it yourself could make things worse. If you are renting, the cost of repairs should be covered by your landlord.

I guess yours is a bit different, but base-logic would tell me, that the repressurizing valve would also be located ON the device rather than at the pipework.
Look for the exact model number and search for a pdf-manual online. It should tell you, how to repressurize.
As others have said, it will likely only be a temporary fix and you should get the device checked by a professional. Make sure to get a view quotes, don’t let them rip you off.
