I am currently on a stuck train. One of the tunnels has an electrical failure and a shuttle train is broken down in the other and cannot be moved. What a mess.

There were already big delays yesterday, we had to wait over an hour to get our on the le Shuttle. I wonder if it was the same issue

Surely most people book the channel tunnel miles in advance? It’s more like taking a plane than a normal train.
We’re never going to get high speed rail in this country, let alone high speed connections to the EU.
