Is it important for you to have the actually physical systems, or is this just about the games.Â
You can play a bunch of stuff in the Switch (2) with the Nintendo subscription.

Old games and hardware became very pricy within the last 5-10 years. I used to collect intensively, but stopped cause the scene is more or less dead at this point. Its impossible to find anything in the wild and there are way to many resellers.
If you like to play on original hardware, get an everdrive for cardrige based systems. They are good and quite cheap.
If you are looking for something specific, try Ebay and Kleinanzeigen.
Many bigger cities have second hand retro stores, but the selection is quite limited in my experience. Come Back in Darmstadt is my favourite one by virtue of being the only one in the vicinity.

Gameshop Twente in Enschede. This is in the Netherlands but very close to the German border.

I like Konsolenkost.de for refurbished/ modernized systems.
Consoles that old, you can just emulate, on a hacked more modern console, a Raspberry Pi, a mini PC, etc. If you aren’t a serious collector, I wouldn’t recommend connecting a bunch of old consoles to your TV. It becomes cluttered fast.

I recommend ebay Kleinanzeige. I recommend buying things close to you , so that you can physically pick the item up.

Where does the [1292 Advanced Programmable Video System](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1292_Advanced_Programmable_Video_System) fit?
I played the Fountain Force 2 console before we upgraded to the Atari 2600.
