It uses the official property price register data but enriches it with the geo location and attributes of the house for more detail.

Where possible the property details page also shows the listing price and estate agent and calculates the difference between the sale price and the original listing price.

Yet another app that scrapes property ads without permission and will get shut down in 3… 2… 1….

There is a reason all 100 of these that people have previously posted here no longer exist.

  2. It only shows a few apartments in my complex. Many more have sold this year or in the previous years.

  3. Can you include currently listed properties and compared to sold properties? To identify undervalued ones?

Personally, It would suit my needs my needs more if you could filter by either bedrooms or square meters. This is really cool though and useful as is.

This is brilliant but it’s showing very few houses near me including the one we bought 2 years ago which is listed

It’s a good idea, although to be blunt there’s been a few versions posted here that all do similar using PPR.

A great recourse thank you! 🥰 It’s also telling me that a good few Agents lied when they told me they had offers above mine!
One place even sold for less than my verbal offer. I said I’d put my offer in writing but was told not to bother as I was “well under”.
I think you may come under pressure from a lot of these agents when your site is referenced when reporting them to their professional body.

Fantastic. I was just thinking of making this. How does it work for API, do they make you pay for every request, does it go out of pocket for you? Do you plan to commercialise this?

  9. Fascinating… Looks like ours hasn’t been registered (not surprised with our solicitors) even though we’ve moved in 2 months ago. Also a bit disheartening to see neighbors have bought theirs 9 months earlier at 50k less…
