Hello again everyone! Just posting to let you guys know that we took your advice into consideration and made a new Kransekake that we’re very pleased with. Thanks to everyone who helped!

  1. Looks good! What advice do you think worked?

    Also, the frosting is often made with egg whites and powdered sugar and a few drops of lemon, that can often last longer and better whitstand refreezing the whole kransekake. If there is anything left to refreeze, that is.
