I remember when I was a kid a lot of people liked Ville Valo and HIM very much and I even knew some people learning Suomi.
So I would say, people I knew, have a lot of warm feelings towards the country.
Also, Santa lives there. And who would hate Santa.

Amazing country that I really feel emotionally close to. I’m gonna visit this year.
Finnish people are amazing. Once met 2 Finnish guys at a party. Upon learning that I’m Polish, they asked me what I think about russia. Told them I hate russia, to which they reacted by smiling and proudly saying “we both served in the finnish army, we’re ready to kill them if they come :D”. Great bunch of lads.
