Is Luxembourg not just one third and no more stipulated by law?
I’m not certain, and happy to be proven wrong, but that’s what all the agents told my family.

Only an idiot would believe this statistic. In a housing market like Luxembourg that has a very short supply, landlords would certainly raise prices above 34%.
