Kurti himself set a new record, becoming the most-voted politician in Kosovo’s history with 355,248 votes.

Following the completion of vote counting, nearly a week after Kosovo’s snap parliamentary elections, the composition of the 120-seat Assembly has become clear.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s Self-Determination Movement will hold 56 seats, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 23, the Democratic League of Kosovo with 15, the Serb List with nine, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo with six seats.

The Central Election Commission on Saturday завершed the count of preferential votes for parliamentary candidates. Voter turnout stood at around 45% of nearly two million eligible voters.

Kurti himself set a new record, becoming the most-voted politician in Kosovo’s history with 355,248 votes. He surpassed his own record from the regular elections on February 9, when he received the backing of 337,791 voters.
