There are scrapers for this kind of stove. Make sure to hold them at a very low angle to not scratch the glass. You can also try mixing baking powder with a bit of water to create a paste, put it on and soften it up that way.

You can get a razor blade scraper. Also to get it looking like new I use barkeepers friend

Is there an “Action” store nearby? The pink stuff paste will get this right off

I usually rub in some ceramic cleaning milk and then scrape that off with a ceramic razor blade.
