Anyone know why the border of Poland extends in this interesting shape near Świnoujście? Looks like it’s to include a single building but can’t find info on what this building is and why it had to be in Poland

I believe it was a water pump supplying Świnoujście

I think it should be added to territory of poland and removed from germany.
