I want to say right away that "Nothing New on the Western Front" is not a book about homosexuality. Absolutely not. Tsg I thought it was funny.
Tbh, it’s really nice for me to read how friends can see each other with such respect and it’s nice to read about such close friendships in a book with so much cruelty.
