As a Dutch person I do feel like the Georgian cuisine is so simple yet so complicated. I love the time and effort that goes into these dishes. And when my wife gets homesick, Iโll try to make something Georgian. What else should I make ? (I also made chikhirtma, but didnโt take a picture of it unfortunately ๐ )
