At first I thought it’s a song by Dżem but seems like some random stream of thought

It looks like he’s singing about himself? Here are the lyrics:
> I bogaty teraz jestem… Joł. Przodkowie mi błogosławili! Nawet Ferenc, prezydent, gdzieś tam był.”
Which translates to:
