At the press conference of the city government, deputy mayor Tiit Terik (Centre Party) described how information was spread that evening with the help of media channels. “It is unlikely that people would have been much better informed if we had posted this message only on city-related websites or on the website of the service provider. Journalists played a very important role in providing information.” The latter cited, for example, Terik’s Facebook account.

Paras pseudoprobleem – info jõudis kõigini, kellegi elu ohus polnud. Ohuteavitus olnuks täiesti mõttetu – eriti sellisel öösel kus keegi vett niikuinii ei joo.
