This should make companies transition to a base + variable pay system, where the base in the same for equivalent roles.
Looks like those working in banks will receive some framework allowing them to force their employer to harmonize their salaries with those of their gender counterpart if the difference is over 5%?
Curious how that would be implemented in practice

This isn’t really news, the only thing I care about is when it’s expected to come and that is missing in the article…
It’s crazy to me that right now employers can add salary secrecy policies…
