What even counts as a porn star according to this map? Judging by the number of OnlyFans accounts alone the numbers should be way higher for most countries.
Edit: Against my better judgement, I checked the URL. Apparently it’s only based on the performers listed on this single porn site, so these “statistics” are absolute rubbish.

And it is even more difficult to correctly calculate it. Not only there is million different websites and applications, but also those people choose random country to stay anonymous, or choose country in order to appear more attractive and gain more revenue.
And in the supposed source are also completely different numbers, for example there is 130 Slovak “Pornstars” and 131 Norwegian “Pornstars” documented. Those countries have approximately the same population, yet here on this map it is shown that Norway numbers are 3x lower.
