Second tank from right has a round land next to it on the left front at about 0.23?

From the external shot at the beginning, it looks like they have a large coaxial machine gun or autocannon. The M60 has a 7.62 coaxial and a .50 for the commander, but I can’t find any info that’s similar to what these guys have. Anyone have info?
