Trump has already flown this guy out of town somewhere. They can’t have this in court. They would give the wrong message to the rest of ICE. They want to show you can kill people and get protected.

  2. Trump is actively working on getting a case up to the Supreme Court so he can get a ruling that does indeed allow him to pardon state crimes. It’s mostly for himself, but I’m sure he’d love another opportunity to try to get that precedent.

If they can do it to an American citizen, they can do to all of us.

We have 2 choices, to stay silent and let them completely kill our freedom or to protest against the evil dictatorship of Donald Trump.

  4. I totally agree.. they’ll claim immunity.. then the problem is the cooperation with the Feds on a fugitive warrant for his arrest.. one positive thing is that while the murderer escapes prosecution outside of Minnesota the statute of limitations tolls.. if Minnesota has one for Murder..

  5. yesterday i heard war hawks arguing that US needs to invade Iran because they shot protesters.

ICE?? This is the Gestapo re-incarnated, and should be referred to that way going forward.

  7. The guy has almost certainly left the state already. They know they’re in the wrong, that’s why they wear masks. Minnesota should still definitely charge him though.

Why stop at the shooter? Prosecute them all. Even DHS, Noem and Trump for pushing lies. Those lies have made them accessories after the fact.

  9. Just do it with extreme prejudice make it public and as messy as possible. Bring out every last tidbit of his pathetic life. All of it

  10. If that ICE fuck was anyone else, he would’ve been immediately arrested and eventually sent to prison. He walked in front of her car. She turned her wheel to avoid him. He drew his pistol, leaned forward in front of her, and fired. He then fired into her open window as she was attempting to leave. Those agents terrorized her, then killed her. She was an American citizen. Fuck this timeline.

  11. Watch body cam videos on youtube of cops and you’ll see times where a traffic stop turns into the person pulling away and almost hitting a cop like that and the cops never shoot at the person, if they are not hit and injured they get in their car and pursue them. ICE is not above the law. If cops get arrested for things like this, so should ICE.

It’s gotten to the point where part of me is afraid to leave the house or have my family leave the house. Obviously I can’t stay in the house 24/7 or have my family stay 24/7 but that fear is there in the back of my mind. (Although I k ow any of us could have something horrible happen to us at any time so I just have to remember that, but THIS shouldn’t be a thing in the first place.)

  13. Not unless Hegseth orders the kidnapping of their governor and all of the state judges overnight and imprisons them.

  14. They should declare ICE to be a gang/criminal organization and seize their weapons and equipment.

    A reminder if you think it won’t happen to you;

Renee Good was a 37 year old white woman, a mother, and was unarmed. She was trying to evade ICE agents who were conducting dubious actions under vague pretenses and was executed in broad daylight. Her actions are not a capital crime. Help was denied to her because ICE doesn’t care if they kill civilians.

If they will execute a 37 year old white mother to stay in power, they will gleefully put you in an oven and watch you burn.

They need to arrest this Nazi pig immediately.

We need a general strike in this country to stop this insanity and remove this fascist regime. Things are only going to get worse if real prolonged action isn’t taken by the people.

Gotta catch that fucking fascist piece of shit first. Probably hold up in the Oval Office with child raping orange man

  18. How is this shooter not in city/state custody getting fingerprinted and tox-screened?

  19. Realistically, they will petition to have it moved to federal courts, and it will be dismissed under immunity. We recently had [the same happen in Oregon](https://www.courthousenews.com/oregon-ag-argues-dea-agent-not-immune-in-fatal-bike-crash-at-ninth-circuit/) after a DEA agent did a hit-and-run on a innocent bicyclist.

    *[Oregon v. Landis](https://www.govinfo.gov/app/details/USCOURTS-ord-6_23-cr-00330/context)*
    > Because Agent Landis is entitled to federal immunity from the state charges, this action is DISMISSED. Signed on 1/2/2025 by Judge Michael J. McShane.

On a related note, this also why states cannot legislate away their ability to cover their faces.

  20. too bad the governor and mayor aren’t calling for his arrest, something that they could do if they wanted to

  21. I guarantee ICE will refuse to release the name of the shooter to Minnesota investigators. (In reality, the public will ID him, but the federal government never will).
