Allianz Tier II Withdrawal. Episode 3.

I received an email from Allianz. a letter saying that I need to go to self-service and fill in the withdrawal of Tier II pensions "form".

I logged in to self-service – where the applications are, I found a new form THAT IS COMPLETELY NO DIFFERENT from the PDF of the application I was filling out. Just replaced the windows in places. I refilled again, expressed my will to cancel, and entered the SAME bank account number again. I signed with Smart ID and sent it. Also there is my other request to stop payments, which no matter how many times I sign with Smart ID, it just hangs there and hangs there… Interesting.

Why did they think of forcing me to fill out another SAME application when I already filled out everything ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES and really responsibly? And he adds that if this is not filled, then we will think that it is not relevant for you to leave. WOW.

Is it just for Smart ID? Let me remind you that in order to sign that initial PDF request, you MUST login to self-service with a Smart ID or other signature authentication. Well, get away with logic here at them.
