  4. I had Denner Raclette cheese in the past. My issue with it was more that the cheese “sweats” too much fat if heated properly.
    The Video shows me cheese that seems to be to cold.

    And about the supplements to the potatoes… sure whatever you like. I still prefer gherkins, borretane onions and maybe freshly fried bacon from the oven.

  5. bisch ja au en globi! erstens chunnt da sicher keis wienerli druf! zweitens hesch du habasch sicher e schufle becho, die muesch aber au nutze, die isch ned nur deko! und denn – da simmer eus wohl alli einig – chauft me fĂĽr raclette richtige raclettechääs…wennd es neus handy willsch chaufsch ja au kein härdöpfel….

  6. First of, as a Valaisan, it is my duty to say this is not raclette.

    But also, the name “Raclette” should give you a hint of what you should do.
