In short, what is the sales-pitch to accept the share dilution as an investor actually? Him fueling the Bitcoin price momentum will be a net positive for existing investors?

One of my favorite stocks to trade, the volatility is insane, almost daily profit on this sh*t

The perpetual preferred shares are a genius way to facilitate more BTC purchases and over time will fund more of the new BTC purchases than ATM issuance. That’s why I’ve been buying MSTR heavily over the past two months. I don’t believe the broader market knows how to discount this because MSTR and Saylor are the first to do it.

Strategy on a surface level reads pyramid siphoning value through preferred share shennanigans, but I think his approach is more nuanced than that and I don’t know that the institutions know how to value them properly. Tin foily, but if major institutional holders were to suppress price temporarily in order to squash the trend of crypto treasury strategies, that could work, or it could give incredible buy-ins for these already pot-committed speculators. I’m poor and an idiot, so not for me, but someone with the know-how and capital could probably go long volatility on this and make some serious returns.
Hell, if anyone here could explain how to properly and safely go long volatility, I would appreciate it.
