Applied Technology Group of North Little Rock, a provider of enterprise technology solutions serving the architecture, engineering, construction and operations industries, has acquired specialized data consultancy firm Emory Solutions of Conway.

The acquisition immediately establishes ATG Data Solutions, aiming to expand ATG’s in-house capabilities across data strategy, advanced analytics, AI-readiness and supporting infrastructure.

ATG Data Solutions will establish its headquarters in North Little Rock. Operations will begin with a specialized team delivering end-to-end data solutions, including data governance protocols, business intelligence frameworks, organizational preparedness for machine learning integration and the deployment of advanced analytics solutions.

The former CEO of Emory Solutions, G.B. Cazes, will transition into the role of president of ATG Data Solutions. In this capacity, Cazes will oversee the integration and scaling of data services and solutions.
