JP Vodovod – Skopje

Let’s make known the employees of PE “Vodovod" – Skopje. Every morning, in the biggest crowd, they stop on this street, go out, some with one, some with more cards, go limping that they “came to work”"get back in the car and drive off. Average salary of an employee in “Vodovod" is 40,000 denars, most employees receive around 60,000, and the salary reaches up to 83,000 denars. There are more than 1,200 employees (information from internet search of news portals, CR and published job advertisements). It is a PUBLIC, state enterprise. The water supply network throughout Skopje (the maintenance of which is literally the only obligation of the company) is catastrophic. If you report a breakdown, they don’t come, with the excuse that “they don’t have people, machinery and equipment". Last year we had reported a serious problem with our neighbors that affected 2 buildings, we waited for ten days for them to come with connections, with formal requests and finally we had to pay a private plumber (otherwise an employee of “Vodovod”"), who barely took it upon himself to temporarily solve the problem.
