While analysing data on food production market volumes over the past twenty-five years, I noticed an interesting feature of the Polish market: it leads in both growth rates and volume growth, with its volume having more than tripled over a quarter of a century. If this growth rate continues, Poland could become the largest food producer in Europe by 2050.

    The title of the sub is a bit misleading. Poland is the leader in growth, not in the industry as a whole.
